Our database provider has a known problem this week: after your sign-in renews itself, their servers can reject it, and Connect answers “Unauthorized”. It is not your account, your room or your device. The fix: open the menu, Sign out, then sign back in, and Connect again. If it comes back later, do the same once more. The provider is rolling out their permanent fix this weekend, and we will apply it the moment it reaches us.
