Having trouble with the app — can't sign in, audio won't connect, captions misbehaving, or an invite isn't arriving? Email support@magicticket.help with a description of what you're seeing, the device and browser you're using, and the channel or room involved.
Privacy & data requests
For access, correction, export, or deletion of personal data, or any other privacy question covered by our Privacy Policy, email privacy@magicticket.help. We respond within 30 days (sooner where required by law). Please include the email address on your account so we can verify the request.
Security disclosures
Found a vulnerability? We appreciate responsible disclosure — email security@magicticket.help with steps to reproduce. We'll acknowledge within 5 business days and keep you posted. Please don't share details publicly until we've had a chance to address the issue.
