Delete your Magic PTT account

How to delete your account

1. Sign in at magicptt.com/account/delete. The same button is at the bottom of Settings, Account, in the app.
2. Check the account email shown at the top is the one you mean to delete.
3. Type DELETE to confirm, then press Delete my account. It cannot be undone.

Can't sign in? Email privacy@magicptt.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We respond within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your login, profile and Magic ID.
• Your net contacts and direct messages.
• Your access to Magic PTT and Magic PTT SL on every device.

Primary records are deleted within a reasonable period after you confirm.

What may be kept

• Chat messages and photos you posted in a room stay in that room's history until the room owner deletes them or the room is removed.
• Backups made by our hosting provider expire on their normal schedule; they are not user-accessible.
• Records that you accepted our terms are kept for a reasonable period afterward, for evidentiary purposes.
