Magic Mesh
Magic Mesh Global Starter Kit
Everything to put your area on Magic Mesh Global: the station up high and a radio in your hand.
A Magic Mesh Lookout for the top of a tree, pole or tower, and your choice of a Magic Mesh handheld or a Magic Mesh Console. The Lookout repeats for MeshCore and Meshtastic and is your Magic Mesh Global gateway over its own network cable, so there is no separate gateway to set up. Your radio talks through it to your area and, through Magic Mesh Global, to every other Magic Mesh place.

Magic Mesh · three networks
One radio. Three networks.
A Magic Mesh radio is on MeshCore, Meshtastic and Magic Mesh from the one radio. You read all three in one inbox, and one message can go out on all three.
One Magic Mesh radio
The MeshCore network around you
Your radio reads the open MeshCore channel and sends on it, radio to radio, with no internet.
The Meshtastic network around you
The same radio reads the open Meshtastic channel and sends on it too. One radio, not one for each network.
Our own network
Magic Mesh radios talk to each other on a network of their own. Where one has Wi-Fi, Magic Mesh Global carries it on to every other Magic Mesh place, so family in another state reads it in Magic PTT.
One inbox
A simulated example. Names are made up.
Each message is marked with the network it came on. Pick one, two or all three for what you send.
Meshtastic is a registered trademark of Meshtastic LLC, and MeshCore is the name of its own project. Magic Mesh works with both networks and is not made or endorsed by either.
