Voice that finds the right continent

Magic PTT does not ask you to pick a media server. Connect routes your channel to USA or Europe automatically — and the Nexus Grid float shows both beacons alive, with your real ping and a YOU tag on the path carrying your session.

Two servers today

USA primary · Europe peer

UK and European community rooms home on Europe for lower delay. Everything else rides USA. Everyone in a channel stays on the same server together — no split-brain nets.

Automatic failover

When a region blinks, the net moves

If your home region fails health checks and the other region is up, Magic PTT auto-fails over — then can auto-return when home is healthy again. Herding keeps a room together. You should feel a reconnect, not a scavenger hunt.

Nexus Link

Your personal TX / RX meters

Separate from the Grid: Nexus Link measures your own upload and download path while Connected — Good / Fair / Poor while you key or hear RX. Expand for delay, jitter, and loss. It is not a consumer speed test and does not show hostnames.

Future expansion

More places on the map

The Grid is built to grow — additional regions when traffic and geography demand it. Public names stay Nexus (never a vendor brand). The Stage float is how members will see new beacons light up.
